"We have been a part of the school for over 15 years.  Our oldest son, Ryan started and trained for many years.  Our youngest son, Colin, couldn't wait to start training and joined years later.  Both our sons have learned so many life lessons on and off the mat.  DTKD is a martial arts school that is more than karate..it is a family.  Teaching values, discipline, perseverance, and hard work are just some of the skills they instill in their students.  My youngest son has been on their tournament team for 11 years and is a two-time World Champion.  That is all because of his Instructors.  They know him well and what he needs to compete at a higher level.  He has had many successes on his journey and we are grateful for the Gorham's.  They train the kids hard and care about them like their own.  That combination makes an outstanding school.  We are blessed to be part of DTKD."
